Refunds Policy

  • No refunds are available for courses once they have started.

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the start of the course. If you cancel within 7 days of the start of the course, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you may be able to transfer your fees to a different course.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but you may be able to transfer them to a different course.

 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your course, you must submit a written request to the academy at least 7 days before the start of the course. You can submit your request by email, online, mail, or in person.

If you cancel your course within 7 days of the start, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may be able to transfer your fees to a different course. To transfer your fees, you must submit a written request to the academy within 14 days of the start of the course.

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to reserve your spot in a course. The deposit is non-refundable, but you may be able to transfer it to a different course. To transfer your deposit, you must submit a written request to the academy within 14 days of the start of the course.

Exceptions

The academy may make exceptions to the refund and cancellation policies in extenuating circumstances. If you have a valid reason for cancelling your course, you may be able to get a refund or transfer your fees. To request an exception, you must submit a written request to the academy explaining the circumstances of your cancellation.
